Binary 900 V2.0 DLG Glider Kit (900mm) (DE Warehouse)
The Binary-900 V2.0 is a Mosquito class micro Discus Launch Glider with a wingspan of 900mm (35.4 inches). This glider sports Elevator/Aileron control surfaces, or Flaperon with a computer radio, for extreme maneuverability and a broad flight envelope.
The skinned and carbon fibre renforced wing uses Molded Inner Core (MIC) construction for an extremely light yet rigid design. The fiber glass reinforced pod, carbon fiber boom, and expertly covered contest grade balsa tail group all contribute toward a light wing loading and stellar performance similar to an F3K glider yet in a compact package.

myhis what DLG stand for and what is so special. So the answer is: Mosquito class micro Discus Launch Glider. So if this is your first it is not a bad place to start!!!! I hope this help.
luckypilot at least 2 channel but 3 if you do not want to use a Y lead. Also if you want to mix in Flaperon. It does say 3 x 4g servos or 3 x 5g servos. I hope this helps.
First dlg I've purchased, f#*king Awsome little plane, once you build it. First fit out auw 160g, flew great, av 50-90 sec flight, about 10 2 1/2 minute flights with 4hrs total. Running 2 hs45s and a eflght 7.5 digital servos, spectrum ar610 and 2 cell 250mh. Big hard crash into tree centre le of right wing, creased and split back to carbon, repair was simple as. Poured boiling water on wing and foam inside reformed perfecto, then glued le. Second fit out has 2.5g Digital tgy 1290p servos all in fuse, now with a voltage reg to save servos from toasting, home made, 12 minute bench test, constant 5v no heating up, excellent, auw 148g. Fly tomorrow, and ordered a second, I like.

Cooler kleiner DLG in CFK/ GFK Bauweise in meiner Meinung nach hoher Qualität! Der Aufbau sollte sauber und genau ausgeführt werden. Vor allem beim laminieren der Tragflächenversteifung und der Hülsen ist auf genaues Arbeiten wert zu legen! Beim Höhenleitwerk war in einer online Bauzeichnung ein nach oben angestellter Anbau eingezeichnet. Nach ein paar Probeflügen hab ich den wieder abgeändert und auf "paralell" zum Heckausleger ausgeführt. Bei meinem Abfluggewicht von 153g geht der kleine sehr sauber nach oben und hat super Abgleitzeiten. Ein bisschen aufsteigende Warmluft über einem Getreidefeld oder Wiese reichen für schöne Rundflüge. So richtig Spaß bringen Luftwirbel an einer hohen Hecke oder einer Baumgruppe. Dann sind pro Wurf locker zwischen 5 bis 10 Minuten drin! Der Pro schaft sicher noch mehr! Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Composite DLG!
