More than just a fancy name. * The nano-core technology in lithium ion batteries is the application of nanometer conductive additives. 1) The nanometer conductive additives form ultrastrong electron-conducting networks in the electrodes which can increase electronic conductivity. 2) These additives create a superstrong ability for imbibition in the carrier liquid to supply more ion channels. This improves the ability of ion transmission and ion diffusion. Through improving electronic conductivity and ion transmission, the impedance is reduced and the polarization of high rate discharge decreases greatly. Advantages over traditional Lipo batteries. Power density reaches 7.5 kw/kg. Less Voltage sag during high rate discharge, giving more power under load. Internal impedance can reach as low as 1.2mΩ compared to that of 3mΩ of a standard Lipoly. Greater thermal control, pack usually doesnt exceed 60degC Thickness swelling during heavy load doesnt exceed 5%, compared to 15% of a normal Lipoly during heavy load. Higher capacity during heavy discharge. More than 90% at 100% C rate. Fast charge capable, up to 15C on some batteries. Longer Cycle Life, almost double that of standard lipoly technology.
I Ordered three of these batteries (along with other items) from the USA WAREHOUSE and when they arrived it was discovered two of them were simply plopped together inside one piece of cut bubble wrap then taped close, whereas the third one came wrapped in it's own bubble wrap, put in it's own protective little box with a sticker attached, and most importantly, had a "GENUINE TURNIGY" sticker on the battery itself. The other two batteries did NOT have this genuine sticker, had different style looking labels on their backs, and their ends ("clean-white" on the Genuine) were a dirty "yellowish-white" (can be slightly s****ed off with a finger nail), as if they sat on a shelf for a prolonged period of time and are from a batch of an older type, or worst yet, are fakes or were somehow used and/or rebuilt before I got them. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a product ordered recently (GLOBAL) to arrive in which I bought these batteries for, so I can't say at this time if all, two, one, or none of them end up being good (or bad). I will say, however, that I DON'T like receiving two different types of a certain one thing I have ordered and expected, especially after the amount of money I have invested so far into HobbyKing (both USA and GLOBAL). My question, then, is this: "Is this just a normal procedure of HobbyKing when selling batteries, or have I possibly received old/fake/used batteries as described above?"
I don't but my friend tried to and for some reason it didnt work.

Just like in the description, this little Nanotech is a high performer. It's providing great power in my Turnigy Micro Quad and even if it runs on 2S batteries, the micro takes off like a rocket! On the first few cycles I had shorter flight times, but after a few cycling charges it's reached its full capacity and discharge rate. I'm now only using Nanotech in my HK450 as well. Thanks HK!

What a great little battery. Snug fit in my eflite blade CX2 but they do fit. THese batterys alow my heli to take off extremely quick, and it actually alows me to kill the throttle up high, and recover before it hits the ground. my stock eflite battery wouldnt even think about it. I bought 4 of these since they are such a great price. Long run times, i suggest if you have one of these helis to pick up a bunch of these batterys, you cannot go wrong at this price!!! you can buy 4 of these for the same price as 1 competitor battery. I ordered these from the USA warehouse and shipping only took a couple days.
