The "response time" is different of "frame rate"
3ms is the response time
Frame rate is about 10ms for digital and 20ms for analogique (refresh)
But where is the information ?

Ok, I don't know more to help you... I had bought these (BMS-1715 HV) servos and when I put the servo extensioners...servo starting to jerk. Do you know what is the problem? I think it's too thin servo cable/extensioner.

watchout for that model servo, it has a BRASS pinion mounted on the motor shaft. I have apicture of it on the files section on that servo's page. Also, model 1715 is waterproof! All the screws, the case and servo arm mount have water resistant gaskets. Look at the case, between the alu heatsink and the plastic back & front covers, you will see a small black gasket. Or take one of the back screws out, you will see a small black gasket = waterproof.
