With my planes an Rc trex Helis I can set a timer as speed and battery drain is constant and I have no fear of running my lipos too low. How do you manage this with Rc cars?
Try adding an audible alarm such as "DL-Volt-Alarm" which is the best $2 you'll spend. Occasional beep as voltage gets low, then goes off when you gotta stop. Alarm plugs into balance plug of one of your batteries.
Why do you say most of the lipo can be chaged only at 1S? Charger charges lipo battery at one cell per time. The mas 5S is because the AMP max that the charger can handle is 5000 mah.

I understand if i can charge the battery al 5C the max charge rate is 3800mAH X 5 = 19000mAH, is this possible?
You must charge the battery always on 0.7 X xxxx mah.
For example: this battery. 0,7 X 3800 =2.660.
So you can charge this battery at 2.6 A on the balance mode. You will have more security and the battery will last longer.
7.4v 2s 1p packs are great compatible upgrades for most 1/10th scale cars
