this servo is too heavy for a 450 heli. you'll be better off with a mini servo (20g-30g).

Hi ok it is heavy but performance is far better than a cheap mini size servo. Use the metal tail servo holders and you can directly bolt this standard servo on your 450 Servo performance will compensate the plus in weight

Hello wind556, I use this servo on 2 axis camera bracket :-) it is very fast and will prosecute the work from the gyro Futaba GY-520 if you use quark from the spartan gyro will also work :-)...

Anybody buy this servo? Can i use this servo in TZ-50(600 class) on the tail?

yes, good sure there is special for the tail : because Speed : 0.06sec/60deg 4.8v / 0.05sed/60deg 6.0v (faster is better)

You can modify this servo to reduce deadband to 0.7us. Default is 2.5

Received this week, installed and working 100pcnt. Very fast servo and centering is ok. No noise. Using in a Raptor 30 for the tail. Thanks!

Great servo. Fast, strong, silent.
I got this one to replace the MI version of it. The MI version (HK47002DMG) draws too much current when used with switching BEC (TR-UBEC15). There is a loud buzz, draining amps whilst nothing is loaded on the servo. This has shut down my receiver many times.
Both great servos, but the combination with the switching bec caused problems.
