easy enough to test, run the camera while the heli is stationary on the ground if it's still wavy it's RF interference or really high frequency vibration, hence a small amount of dampening would be enough for vibration, for RF try a faraday cage around camera :)

.Ive seen plenty of wavy video and it was always from vibration ,
I would fold up some paper towel and place the camera on it then tape it to the plane where it has no view of the prop , easy to see if the problem is vibration or not if the waves stop now or are much less |
