Disagree with who? And why?
If you do not have one yet and do not know for sure, than one would assume that we are taking their word for it.  Since it has not been released yet, how could anybody know its not? Other than by looking at the photo, but that does not say anything. It could be a stock photo of a prototype or pre-production foil.
If Jason tells us on the product review page that it was, then I'm sure it is. Thumbs Up
