Guys the parafoil is for flying, so long as it get up in the air, whether it is a cheap foil or an expensive one, it is a good foil... RIGHT???  What the heck you want to talk about quality at the sort of price one pay for.  I have an expensive PARALIGHT foil and i have 2 HK ones.  The only differences i can see is only marginal...  Who cares... my sentiment...going to fly my HK foil now !!!

hey, have you set up the cart with the new foil yet?  You will need to set some serious AOA for powerflight. I can help if you need.

hello all!!!
I have just receive my HK paraglider, it look like good.
Now I will order a motor, but I would like to have your point of view.
this is the motor : http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=4658&Product_Name=KD_36-10XL_Brushless_Outrunner_900Kv

With a 12*6 and a 3S 3000mAh 260gr, I can have 1.8 kg of thrust.
What do you think about this config ?

@SwitchFly. That is a great motor, and 63oz of torque is nice. If you run a 4s you will almost double that number to about 90oz! So this is an easy way to upgrade in the future if you decide you would like more power. I say Go for it!Thumbs Up

@Jo and titeuf007
Would a short video help? I will post one in a few hours when off workSmile
