I don't know how to connect them, but at least EagleTree's technical helpdesk is very quick to answer any question regarding to their products. So, try to ask first from them if they have any proposals.

EagleTree you can find from .... http://www.eagletreesystems.com/

Aren't they two entirely separate incompatible products?

One is a logger-base-unit and the other one is a telemetry-base-unit. I don't see a reason or way to connect both. Why would you want to? log data and send it to ground at the same time? I don't think, this is possible.

Not quite correct:
Both do data logging, but Seagull PRO Wireless Dashboard Flight System have  in addition to the log option a transmitter that send data back  to the ground for displaying the information on the "dashboard" module or via USB to a PC
Micro Power V3 E-logs is only a logger and don't have the option for telemetry, you can monitor  real-time data with the e-logger but then you have to connect a  "Micro Power Power Panel LCD Display" directly to the  eLogg
er.
You can connect the Eloger to a PC with the included USB- cable if you want to display realtime  data on the PC screen.

There's no interconnect possibility between these two units.
