so the FSD's have better bearings and endbells are screwed on... might have to get one to try

i just set one up with a 12xl 540 feigao 120 esc 2 x 3s 5000mah boat flysssssss 62-63 mph on stock rudder set up and still playing with it ....two thumbs up hk!!!!!

I bought a GENESIS hull without motor and hardware Setup will be twin motor, may be 5S per motor 540XL 1800kV

I meant i got a hull from hk but its the apparition hull kind off the same set up also have the genesis and they are very similar we will be running the genni  today on stock motor with upgraded esc as the stock one got hot during set up on the bench????we will try with a 440 prop apparition has 640 and runs about 62-63mph cant wait to set up the genesis!!!keep you guy s posted and set up a link.. Finally found a program that works with the esc not right but it's working. Confused So on to my review the biggest problem no manual for the ESC  Angry (if any one dose have it please forward it) the tube holding the drive cable fell out of my boat when I greased the shaft that was disappointing. Ouch So I fixed it as well as the rudder is not perpendicular to the hull, the battery holders are completely in the wrong spot about 8" to far forward.

I placed my two 3s 3000 mAh 35C lipo's as far back as I could (parallel), I ran a Octura x440 balanced & sharpened prop, it ran 28.7 Mph on my gps (maiden voyage). I think it will break 30 Mph with a x442 prop. I will let you know.

I will not try 4s lipo's with the current diameter of the cooling tube in my opinion you are going to blow the esc.

All and all for the money a good buy @ $219.  at 299 I wouldn't bother.

Be careful with the 4s we blew a 120 turnigy esc with 4s and stock motor and a 440 prop 40 seconds later ....Needs lower kv motor and same turnigy  esc should fly .....will keep u guys posted ...
