Here's my new toy going to try it out for the first time later today. It's running a Turnigy 35-42 1000Kv & swinging a 11x8 should get moving.
Cheers ![]() |

Thanks airwave, Loosely based off a set of drawings I got off "Gater Airboats", had to convert from inches to mm's and "guesstamate" a far bit. Goes great very happy with it, now swings a 10x8. Cheers

do you have ribs under it the one i maid would turn around on its self if a gave it much trottle OR a sharp turn. the gater boats are nice but a little more $$$ than i have to spend on it. Have not gave up on my boat just had a few planes i order come in and was working on them. ? how much wattage does that one you have use? I am trying to use some eletric motors & ESC and the rx i have form nitro truck i do not run much now. Had a .074 norvel on it. the motor had power to bend the top down and hit it. Would like to go all eletric now
200~300 watts or so.

I can only remember half of what I say.... I used to walk on water 'til I found out it was more fun sitting in the boat drinking beer Ron |

No ribs yet....thinking of them though, mine puts out about 270 watts. I made mine out of the back of an old wardrobe & I had everything else so cost me nothing to build. Cheers
