__XXXX what the ..... happened with my screen name What happened, suddenly I get PM saying my username/screen name has changed, before tit was XXXX now it's __XXXX and my post count is reset. After a bit of investigation, i got it. Due to some updating, the forum name requires at least 5 digits now, before the system allowed customers to enter 4 digits or less before. So a new user was added, with the same data as your old user but with “__” in front of the <= 4 digits. It' will take so time to manually type in the post number, but it can be done if you need it. -If you need to have your post count corrected leave a message here: Bonus points are given, for a excellent behavior (in my book of good people) Don't double post, as that will slow it down, and make me mad -Troels

well my Predator has arrived

there isn't any control rods in it and the motor cover is cracked badly (i can fix that with a bit if fiberglass)

i am a bit surprised at how light the construction is

also all 4 of the flaps / ailerons are not attached to the wings and tail but they do have tiny disks of fabric that look like they should be hinges but there just floating around lose

going to have to replace them with something a bit more substantial

and that damage is repairable

Reaper arrived a few days ago. Is this thread dead?

Did steerable nose wheel mod and added two 12-inch carbon spars to the wings for stability. And magnets at the wing roots. Did not glue the wings on.

Maiden yesterday was great with keychain cam mounted under the nose. 9x6 slow fly prop with 3s 2200 mah battery gave me two 5-minute flights. Using only ailerons to turn, and V-tail for elevator purposes only. No bad habits except for nasty tip stall if turns are too sharp!
