What kind of battery are you using now? If that's 6cell nimh just go with 2S lipo that will just fit in. That's all :)

Thanks for your answer. I'm using Traxxas powercell 3000 NiMh 7 cell 8.4v. Now I would like to increase power and speed. But what type of Lipo should I order now?

something like this will do all that. Ide shop around (on HK) and see if you can find a 5000mah. That way you will grab a bit more runtime
I dont know what speed control you have, but make sure its cut off is adjusted first before running that battery thoughSmile

That battery might be a tough fit in the battery trays with the way the cords are. depending on the thickness of the pack. I'm running the zippy flightmax 3s 40c 5000 mah in my E-revo brushless  (had them, but I got one wet with saltwater at the beach and it swelled up, my fault 100%, replacements on the way) Which is WAY MORE THAN ENOUGH and thats how I like it! two 2s 5000 mah Flightmax's with at least 25c discharge, 30c the better option, for the MMM (mamba monster max) ESC should do you good! The batterys are protected in the trays so hard case isnt really necessary (just make sure your battery doors are shut correctly).

= 0 I should be more careful with my lipos then! I've completely submerged my mini-e-revo with HK lipos in it and they have been fine for the 5-10 times I've done it, but =0.

or

Both fit a e-revo and with 5800mAh yo will have longer runtime.
