It would be great if you guys could come up with a high quality gyro mounting tape.

I'm using it too, but it should be softer, especially for nitro heli with such vibrations. Don't use it on an expensive gyro

I use it, too. But it is very far from perfect, should be _much_ softer.

Thanks, good to know. I guess I don't take high risk then with the $20 HK401B gyro.

The Zeal tape is great on the Flymentor ,  the flymentor is very sensitive to vibration.

Mouse mat with the cloth on one side, taken off the cloth, cut to size ,add a bit of contact adhesive. simple :-)
Ya can get quite a lot out of one mouse mat :-P
