The 100 watt port would charge your 6S battery at a maximum of approx 4 amps.
Power (watts) divided by batt pack voltage = Max Charging amps.
The power (in watts) and current drawn by the motor during use has no bearing on charging. Only the pack voltage and the 1C (one hour) rating of the battery count.
Best Regards
I can only remember half of what I say....
I used to walk on water 'til I found out it was more fun sitting in the boat drinking beer

Hello,

I would prefer to charge my batteries at a 1C (or less) rate to extend their lifetime as much as possible. Therefore the 4 amp rate is greater than the 1C rate of the battery which is 3 amps. I am assuming that the new 4 port chargers have a programmable charge rate. I do not want to charge the 1s batteries for the Blade MCX (0.130A) at a 4 amp rate.
So do the new 4 port chargers have a programmable charge rate?

Superman,
Yes, these chargers are fully programmable.  They are actually quite sophisticated.

Hi guys.
What are you all going to use to power these beasts?

With such high-amps CE isnt easy to aquire. This is the reason for the 4 x 100W delay.

We already have a CE approved 400W 1Port charger arriving very soon, it's finished in fact and production is under way, which means no later than 30 days for the 400W.

FYI
We also have a new price for the 1 50W which will be $17.99 and begin sale in 3 weeks.

I have a ~36A switching supply which I use with my Accucell 8 currently. Overkill but enough juice to not cause any issues now or later.

Specs for the 1x400W charger? Or were they posted on the blog/twitter?

50W? Is this the new one you are giving away for free as listed on the home page?

I think the best option for a power supply is a computer server supply, there are some decent HP 800W supplys that hold 12V even under heavy load (servers can't crash).  if you shop for the right one you can get a great deal.  I am waiting to bite the bullet on the power supply though until I know for sure that the 4x100W will run off of 12V power, if not I need to rethink my supply.
