Hi together,

I don't a clue, what to do next.
I bought a HK-T6A and the needed XP- Cable for it. Since my parel took nearly 45 days to arrive, I updated my OS in the meantime an now I have Windows 7 up and running, no Windows XP any more.

No I installed the driver for the cable and installed t6sim wth ppjoy and everything works really fne.

But, yes you already expected that, t6config doens't want to work. I start it and it finds the com port. Then I select that com-port and the application freezes immediately. I can't even close the application then. When I pull the cable from the TX oder just shut the TX off, the application starts working again, until I start the TX the next time.

Has anybody already used the XP-cable with win 7 and t6config?

You can always use a virtual machine.

I do this for hardware and programs that do not run under windows 7 or vista.

You may also try to use alternative configuration tool called turborix. It will need ATEasy 6.0 runtime DDLs to run. All needed can be downloaded here:

or here:

First install ATEasy 6.0, then run turborix. In the linked archive you will also find a t6sim program that enables HK-T6A to be used with FMS simulator.

Still, I haven't tried it under Windows 7. The program runs, but my transmitter has not arrived yet, so I can not try it.

You may also try to re-install the cable driver using the one from the archive.

I have it working in Win7 64bit, check out the instructions.  Basically as mentioned before by using turborix but with ateasy runtimes.
