All mixing is done on the controller board, so Tx needs to be in plane mode (without any mixing) and not heli mode.

You need to calibrate all the motors with the ESCs...
Check your control board to see how it's done... |

What battery do you use, and which propellers? The Kv of those motors are pretty high for this application.

Did you get a 'bip' afterwards...? Some are two beebs, lower stick, one beep... I listen to the whole startup sequence, listen for the gap... Then repeat lowering stick in the gap... |

That's way too big props for 3S. A reviewer says his motor pulls 16A with a 7x35 prop on 3S. Even if the quad operates far from full throttle, it will affect the setup. Motors might loose sync with the ESC's and ESC's actually heats up more at partial throttle. Bad calibration is not the problem here. It will not make motors stop, only operate at different RPM for a given throttle setting. Fred |

You could change the props, but they would be small and inefficient. I would rather change motors to something around 1000Kv. Changing props is cheaper so I would try that first. Do the motors run OK without props? Which ESC do you use (link pse).
