trackstar 150amp esc and 2560kv motor combo

hi everyone. I have the trackstar 150amp esc and 2560kv motor in an associated sc8 electric conversion. I am having a bit of an issue. If you give it full throttle of the mark it stutters at the high end. But if you slowly pull the trigger on its fine. Anyone know why it would be doing this?
