I have a skyfun with the 60amp esc and Turnigy 2836.. The esc has a burst rate of 80.. Would anything happen if i use a nano-tech 2200 45-95c 3s battery. do the bursts rates need to match..

The 'burst rate' on the ESC is only when you fly WOT (Wide Open Throttle) and so long as the current drawn by the motor doesn't exceed 60 Amps (in normal flight) and 80 Ampos max for short bursts, it should be fine.
Burst rate on the battery is what you can draw from that in short bursts (hence the name) and will flatten the battery very fast if you exceed the normal rating |
