It's all alloy.
It's going to be around $50.00

Yes, i know it's smaller, but the parts are difficult to make and the tolerances are smaller requiring more accurate machines.

Please, no alloy frames, fins etc. Much to heavy.

Ah, great.

I just got the newsletter:

Our beautiful little alloy/carbon HK-T250 will be in stock next month. It includes full alloy upgrades right out of the box! We expect a retail price of around $59.00USD.

So it IS alloy/carbon mix, just as I wished for ;)

Carbon frame.
Alloy head and tail.
It's exactly the same as the original. Even the 3 axis mills used to machine the parts are the same model as Aligns!

Nice.

So it will work right away? No "test phase" needed? Can I really order it as soon as it comes out?

Will you promise to send updates parts, if needed, for free if the first version had problems?

We do a indoor-flight-show in November, I still hope to make that date... ;)

No, no it is not "exactly the same as the original", be careful Tony, some of the guys here will hold you to the letter. The skids and base plate are different, the main gear is (although totally compatible) and so are some of the tail parts are as well. Smeagle, I am flying mine already, flies very well, basically the same as a Rexy 250.

Unless HK have made some really dumb changes in their version (and after the hk-500 I really think they are smarter than this), this won't need any updates.

I can similarly vouch for the hk-500GT this also doesn't need any upgrades to fly well, there are some things that I personally don't like but it is great for the price and represents good value.
