It depends which line - ground in between the two and you get points - cross the second one and you get nothing at all
I don't care what it says on the profile - I'm so NOT GB!

I've never done FPV and looking for a similar quality in image and link.
Can you please specify in more details the hardware you've used including cables, antenna with URL.

Thanks

Video tx/rx is here: http://www.sunsky-online.com/view/13087/1.2G+800mW+Wireless+AV+transmitter.htm (I actually got mine from inesun.com but they don't seem to have them anymore)

I make all my own antennas and cables, for antennas I am using the IBCrazy vee antenna on the plane (google IBCrazy vee) and stock antenna on the receiver. For me this combination has worked really well - today I managed over 4km and the video was still perfect. I have yet to try the IBCrazy Fast Patch (again just google it) but I haven't had a chance yet simply because I haven't needed it.

Went for another fly yesterday, got 5.5km using the vee antenna on the plane and stock omni on the receiver. Then I tried the IBcrazy Fast Patch and got to 7km, still with awesome video (then I turned around as I was worried about not having enough battery)! I love this tx/rx! Next target is 10km.

I should say though that I'm in a rural area so not much other RF noise, and I mount my receiver and antenna up on a pole, about 2m off the ground, mainly because the receiver is poorly filtered and gets interference from my dagonlink if it's not separated well. Putting the rx and antenna up on the pole seems to help.

Also, I have direct line of sight to the plane at all times since I'm flying from a hill overlooking a valley.

Here's my latest video from last holidays, including the 10km flight mentioned above:

Some of those trees and fences must put out a magnetic attraction force like a mini Bermuda Triangle.
