Hello,

I have ordered 8 pieces of part# T50004S-20HC from the HK WH since they came into stock, to try and keep my ebike project moving along while I wait for my backorder of 16 peices from the USA WH to be filled and shipped.

I made the order of 8 pieces in 2 separate orders..5 in one order, 3 in the other order(because I needed to use 2 different funding sources). They arrived a few days appart and I just had the chance to unpack them all yesterday and enter the warranty codes. I am not certain which order the bad pack arrived in.

I plugged the balance lead of each one into a "Cell Log-8" to check for balance/quality. 7 of the packs are GREAT! <10mv off. Perfect!

BUT, 1 of them, lets call it the 8th one, has a bad cell. Cell #4 to be exact.

It was >100mv less. "Not too-too bad" I thought at first...so I took it to my charger (a Turnigy A-6-10) to check it out on there.

First I put it on "Balance" charge mode at only 3.5A: Cell #1,2, and 3 soon went over 4.0 volts and looked to be charging normally. Cell #4 stayed below 4.0v (3.8v-3.9v) even while cell 1,2&3 were aproaching full charge. I stoped the charge/test.

I then put it back on the Cell Log-8 to see what it looks like while at rest. Sure enough Cell 4 was still sitting at ~3.8v while cell 1,2&3 were all at 4.10+v.

Needless to say, I tried to solve my own problem of ordering and waiting for the USA WH to restock this item, but to no avail. I am still unable to move forward with my ebike project as 8 packs is the minimum I can use for the setup.

I have never had to do a Lipo waranty before so please help me here. What is my next step?

	Bump?! EDIT: UMMMM, THIS ITEM IS NOW OUT OF STOCK IN THE INTERNATIONAL WH!!! I HOPE YOU HAVE ONE SAVED FOR ME FOR MY WARRANTY REPLACEMENT!!! THEY WERE IN STOCK WHEN I PLACED THIS WARRANTY CLIAM...AND YOU HAVE IGNORED IT FOR SEVERAL DAYS NOW WHILE YOU HAVE ANSWERED MANY OTHER SUPPORT THREADS...WHAT'S THE DEAL GUYS?!?! 	Actually I have done everything you have described. 8D After discharging this cell down to 3.0v it will only take about 1700mah before it reaches 4.2 volts on a tiny 3.5 amp charge. It's toast, but thanx anyway! Jay

	This item is back in stock in the HK WH... But Customer Service has ingnored my thread for another day... PLEASE, WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!?!?! WHY ARE YOU INGORING ME?!?!?!?! You have even edited out another users post giving me advice?! WTF, Jay PLEASE, WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!?!?! EDIT: How about I order ONE of these from the HK WH and you match it by adding ONE EXTRA to my order...OR...you just refund that order?
