Assan X8D hack module for jr 2610

Gday guys im after a bit of info here, ive been given an Assan X8d hack module and I want to use it 1n my JR X2610 now here is the problem, I can find allot of threads about connecting it up using both 36 and 2.4 but I just want to use 2.4 I don't want the 36 any more, is there any site that shows how to disconnect the 36 and hook it up for 2.4 only, can any one help me....thanks Dave..
