My apologies if this has been answered, but I did not find anything when I searched. I recently purchased the battery monitor BMN06 and while I realize that this is for 2-6S, a few people posted that you can use it to test a single LiPo battery. I tried connecting GND to pin 1 and + to pin 3 as someone recommended but that did not work. Does anyone have a thought on how to jump pins or trick this product into testing just one single LiPo?

Any thoughts are appreciated

Thanks,

Should be pin 2.

pin 1 = ground

pin 2 = 1st cell +

pin 3 = 2nd cell +

pin 4 = 3rd cell +

pin 5 = 4th cell +

pin 6 = 5th cell +

pin 7 = 6th cell +

So I tried pin 2 and get nothing at all. The display does not power on. When I had it connected to 1 & 3 I was getting .50v for DS1 and 6.35v for DS2 on a 3.7 Lipo which is odd then the total is displayed.

Then it is correct as advertised, you can only test with minimum 2s to 6s.

Mine is a 1s to 8s buzzer unit and it can handle 1s from pin 1 ground to pin 2 for 1st cell.
