Noooooooo!

my Hobbyking ECO6 Charger shows only 'connection break'
No wire is defect. The device is only two weeks old. And until least week it worked fine.

Is there a hint how to fix the problem? Or have i to wait for a warranty replacement device?

There's a lot of people with similar issues and it seems to be a connection problem either with the charge or the balance plugs. Just search google for Hobbyking connection break and you'll find a bunch.

Option 1: you could go throgh the painfull warranty process....

Or:
Option 2:
Open it up and check the connections on the board, re-solder them ----

pls note this voids option 1...

A minimal technical knowledge is required for this hobby; please ensure you know the differences between up and down.

I just opened the shrink tube were all the wires come together. There was a lousy soldering. Strong enough to light the display, to waek to charge.

I resoldered it and now it works.
