I've got the 1/16 scale turnigy off road truck and burnt the motor out in it any one know of a motor that will fit that walnt burn out with a 11.4 volt 1800mah battery ??? Also does any one have problems with with the gears grinding on this truck ?

You could use these:
without fin KDA 20-40 12Turn L Brushless Inrunner Fin KB20-40-12L 4800kv Brushless Motor (FIN) Did you mean the gear grinding between pinion and spur gear? We can adjust the gap between them, right? Edited by g14ut3n - 02/May/2012 at 4:37pm |

thanks for motors, and the pinion spur gear sounds find but im getting grinding in my differential and the beginning of acceleration

That 'grinding' you hear is not actual gear grinding. It is the sound of the brushless motor "cogging". It is a common thing with brushless motors that are not "sensored". |
