Hi there!

Is there someone who have a idea what cause this shaking?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cU6OODKC5Gg

equipment:

ECS is an Turnigy Plush 40A, Futaba R6014 receiver and 4 Hitec HS-81 servos.

PS: The shaking occurs long before it reaches the endpoints.

Frank

You could try opening it and getting some Electrolube (switch/contact cleaner) on the pot. There's no guarantee it will work, but if it doesn't the servo would need to be replaced anyway.

We used that all the time in radio and TV servicing for 'noisy' volume controls and jittery pots - sometimes it works, other times not (in which case we changed the pot)
I don't care what it says on the profile - I'm so NOT GB!
