Now let me recap the 'ah's - you threatened a DOS attack, you accused them of theft, you were turned down by Paypal, you sent back an item which turned out NOT to be covered by warranty.

Let me tell you a secret - warranty doesn't cover non-defective items nor does it cover damage caused by the end-user (it also by the way doesn't cover labour costs - warranty repairs are legally allowed to simply cover parts - nothing else)
I don't care what it says on the profile - I'm so NOT GB!

Geat news!

I just got word from HK's warranty department, informing me that the endlessly spinning coaxial microcopter I returned to them for 'repair or replacement', wasn't defective after-all. It seems that I'm just an idiot, and I send things back for no good reason.

Even better is the news that my apparent warranty claim is officially groundless, therefore I am no-longer entitled to any of the $80 it has cost me to get this far. Not even the product cost!!!

Let's see...they stole the product purchase price, the shipping costs, and duplicitously swindled me on the return shipping. $80 out, and officially zippo to show for it. That, and having to deal with an endless steam of AH's along the way.

Onya HK.

Hi pavlkta. You haven't posted in the support section Daithi mentioned yet.
Post in HERE (link to support section)
Don't forget to add your order number plus any support ticket numbers etc. You wont get an imediate reply but usualy within 24 to 48 hours a CS rep will reply and try and sort things out for you.

Pavltka - you have never posted in order support at the bottom if the home page . That's where you need to ask. Start a topic there with the order number as header
