Hi! can anyone suggest a hobbyking Petrol engine for s 10 pound plane?

What 10lb plane? On weight I could suggest 26cc petrol.
There is no real rule of thumb, it depends a bit on the model aswell and if you intend scale flight or hard aerobatics, but the below can give you an idea: 90-1.20 sized planes --> 15-20cc petrol 1.20-1.40 sized planes --> 26-30cc petrol 1.60-1.80 sized planes --> 50cc petrol and up....
