Problem with Tower Pro MAG 8 18A ESC

start with the trottle stick all the way up(100%)
tx on
power up rx and ESC(plug in main battery if esc has bec)
when you hear the first beep pull stick to min(0%)
esc should make some more beeps and may arm and motor run with trottle stick
if not remove power to ESC(unplug battery)
conect battery back up esc should arm and motor run.
this calibrates the throttle

2nd part
start tx stick at max (100%)
when you hear 2 beeps pull stick to 1/2(50%)
you should have went to sub menu
you should hear 4 beeps
this will be the brake and you can set it and see it change.
none >motor will free spin down
brake> motor should stop fast.

have you try to enter the sub set.the first may be for trottle cal.
try this stert with trottle at full after you hear a beep go to low.
esc should arm and motor run.if this works
start at full
when you hear a beep go to 1/2 stick it should go to sub menu
the firts should be battery type
it will have 3 setings
the 2nd will be brake and have 4 settings
see if its even close??
