charging batteries

Yes it is. Just make sure they have approximately same voltage before connecting them in parallel. Preferably use one of the parallel boards that connects balancing wires in parallel too.

OK, but those will work with any 6S balancing charger. It should be emphasized that the first one is for connecting a 3S pack to the 6S inlet, not for connecting both packs together (which would be serial connection, not parallel).

not sure it will work with ALL chargers there is a lot on one type it will short??Yes you will also need a series cable for the charge lead and charge at 22.2 cell volts(6 cell)

The second one has it built in to the board just hook it to the board plugs
the acc6 takes a wail to balance the cell so not sure how it would do on the board one (dont have it)From what i take you can charge 6 x 6 cell up to max 30 amps, so 22.2x30~650 watts ACC6 max 50 watts.

NOTE my 1000ma have red JST plugs so the board needs more to work with them
