I ordered 4 High spec 6S 4.5A NanoTech batteries, all were checked as soon as I unpacked them. One was underviceable, dead on arrival, photos were taken that clearly show the problem.
I have been advised to return the unserviceable battery, we all know that this is not cost effective and I went out of my way to provide clear evidence of the problem. I cannot understand why I should incur extra cost on postage due to bad luck on receiving faulty goods, this is clearly not conducive to a good business relationship. I hope HK do the right thing and send off a replacement ASAP. |
