Hi hobbyking..
Im really tired of waiting 1 hour for the Live Chat to answer!..
It used to take no more than 10 minutes in the past , but now it is really slow

Please do somethingg!!!

I think the problem is twofold. They are swamped and also there are the people who do nothing except moan (which further delays the response time)

You are right , the service is great , and I know the long waiting is due to all those who complain about something they cant complain ( such as hobbyking) ..

If thats the case , it if were possible to create a section for complaints , and another section for order modification , that would be best for all of us ..

I dont think the live support is for making questions about products or else , is for editing orders and nothing else

There is a complaints section (down at the bottom of the main forum listing) but seeing some of the posts here I'd bet that some people just use live chat to moan anyway.

I was on earlier today and got through after about 10 minutes - I was cancelling a pair of servoes that were on back order for over a month and replacing them with two similar ones. It was done, order modified and updated before the chat was even closed.

That's why , I personally have never spent more than 5 minutes chatting with live support ,
So here is the idea , making one live support area for order modification, and other live support for complaints
