Turnigy 160a 1/8th ESC

I received my ESC yesterday,

160a 1/8th scale ESC, 2100kv motor and the suggested Programmer. Issue is how do i program, use the programmer, none fo the item came with a manual on how to use any of it. These external programmers are new to me. there is 2 slots, but im guessing 1 slot fo ra reciver battery/ one for the esc. but which one?

plus setting calibration and stuff on ESc, i have been searching for an manual but no such luck.
