How often do you restock the 9x as I have never seen it with any supply?

Regularly.

There is almost a weekly delivery but it mostly fills Backorders. Put it in your wish list and order as quickly as possible when you get a restock e-mail.
I may be getting old but I refuse to grow up

Does this mean that they try and fill all the backorders in one week or could it still take months to fill current backorders?

They can't fill all the backorders in one go so everyone goes on a queue and waits their turn until they get to the head and then they get one from the next shipment. I was waiting almost 3 months for mine btw, if you order a Mode 1 it's faster and switching to Mode 2 is easy - open the case, swap a spring and a tension arm and set the tx to Mode 2 - note it will say 'Mode 1' at switch on but that is actually 'Model 1'
I don't care what it says on the profile - I'm so NOT GB!

Aus warehouse appears to have received a batch of about 200 Turnigy 9X today!
I'm no longer on backorder!!! (I'm glad I didn't cancel my order in favour of a set from HongKong last week)

Thank goodness you guys have got some at last - now we might get a bit of peace around here.
Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes & dreams.

So, are the 9x's and associated TGy and HK receivers so popular that they are continually out of stock?

More or less that's what happens. 300 people waiting, 200 arrive, queue drops to 100, another couple of hundred order it, and so on. For the price it's well worth the wait

I think you may see the numbers fall rapidly soon... Who is going to place an order with a new Tx soon to be released...? Then it will start all over again...

Did you notice that the price of the V2 Txs went up from $39.95 to $53.95 recently?
Let's just have fun!
