Can someone show me a few engineering calculations used to size batteries?
I would like to see a few simple calculations using your own numbers Given: 1) motor specs 2) speed control specs 2) flight time desired Find: 1) battery size and C value |

Time divided by current can equal capacity for batts. 1 hr divided by flight time can equal the "c" RATING. One must use the current rather than the motor specs (unless they match) ESC to be sized anything over the max and always use actual numbers rather than labels.
