Hi all,

I have been reading and watching videos of quads for some time now and I finally decided to build my own. I have been reading the forums and surfing the HK site.

Please give your suggestions on the following package I have put together. I feel quite lost when it comes to the motors/props. Is the X525 fram a bad choice? should I go for the Talon instead? Do I need some kind of mounting kit for the PCBA. Is a landing gear necessary?

what do I need to add to this list to make it complete? (wires/plugs etc.)

hi! Can iI sugest you some lights , it is very usefull to see the direction of your quad.
Your list is correct, perhaps, your props are a little bit too small, but you'll see with the time.

Its not that you need to be an experienced heli flyer to fly a quad, you just need to be experienced at flying models.
