Support will not reply, no phone help either!

I can't wait any longer for the backordered items I called no answer I e-mailed no answer I took off the backordered items still hasn't shipped I need a refund on my backordered items I don't want Hobby King credit I want the refund.

I understand this may take a day or two here but is it to much to ask for HK support staff who is paid to reply within 24hrs?
