i have the plywood mini copter with the motors. all set up and wired. The board only arms about 25 percent of the time.

Then, when I do get it armed, the quad immediately flips upon applying more than about one quarter throttle. Everything is going the right direction, and the controls are right, etc. I have the pots set about 50 percent.

Any ideas, both as to why the board doesn't want to arm, and why the immediate flipping?

	Okay. Try to decrease the pots down to 20%. I think 50, is to much for a mini/micro quad. And try to take the subtrim on throttle more down,. That helped me
