Ok I have messaged the support team and I still haven't been issued a credit for the faulty motor. I cant understand why this is taking so long to get my money back when I sent them straight back at my cost. It has taken over a month now just to get this far. They are asking for more details about a faulty motor but if you look at it you can see what is wrong straight away. Please could someone responed to my ticket ?

I got a refund for the ESCs x4 but not for the motor 2003952728 that was sent back at the same time. Any idea why this is please ?

Still no message and its been 9 days since I started the ticket.Live chat says the same thing that someone will contact me but nothing. I don't understand why its delayed so long with a simple replacement for faulty goods.
