540W power supply

a few days ago I received my power supply. Today out of the box and in good spirits connected. Doing absolutely nothing, completely dead. I am very dissatisfied. I got it with the Turnigy X200 charger bought but can not use it now. Could it be the fuse? How can I change the fuse and how about the warranty?
