My paypal payment did not happen for some reason. Any body seen this before? I made another payment via paypal a few minutes ago and the vendor has verified payment.

Now I have an email from HK -
"VISA / MASTERCARD (No Paypal)" and pay a premium for using a card. What gives?

Yes some have had problems with pay pal on occasion but if your second
order went ok with PayPal why not cancell the first order and start again
   I'm as happy as a very happy sandboy.

I had a paypal payment problem two days ago. It went through paypal fine but was listed in my HobbyKing account as not paid. A simple email to support with my order number explaining the situation and it was sorted and the payment status was updated. The goods were then dispatched an hour later!

HK's way of doing things is so outside of my retailer's box that I honestly thought there was no customer service department. This is my second order/second problem. I'm also a slow learner as I made the second order while my first order, tours the planet? They say no email requests but there is a form. I'll update results, thanks.

Still no reply from customer service, so I tried to pay by credit card and was redirected to the page for that but the only thing on the page was 3 errors. Then I go back to the HK site and my cart was empty. That made up my mind, this post is my last action on any site having to do with hobby king. They don't need the business and I don't need to waste all that time just trying to place an order. I found another Hong Kong supplier and placed an order today. I'll gladly pay more to actually receive my orders.

I do not want use PayPal (does not receive card) , Paydollar service does not work. How can i buy on HK?

Suprise! They emailed me and though this seems simple here is what ya do. For any problems with any order, cancel the order and make a new one. Apparently there are some bad web retailer issues here, the software is a big problem. GL all.
