Can someone confirm what the correct size ball end reamer for the HK450GT ball ends? IS it 4mm of 4.7mm?
Thanks Ian |

Should probably be best to measure your balls - they do vary from batch to batch. I have received balls which fit perfectly and others which are tight as and others which are too loose and the links drop off.
If a link feels a wee bit too tight I use brasso metal pollish and spin the ball in the plastic connector using my dremel until it frees up. Just do not run it too fast or you will melt the plastic. I have never had to use a reamer tool. |

I'm talking about how I deal with tight ball links on my 450 helis. Seems on-topic to me. |
