Apparently this order left Hong Kong on 17th February 2012.
The UK postal service does not yet have any record of it.
How long should I expect to wait?

I have now been waiting 6 days for a response from HobbyKing Customer Service! (Ticket #197315)

This does not fulfill me with any confidence to buy from HobbyKing again.

I have filed a claim directly against the supplier with PayPal to recover the money.

WTF!!!

Now they've removed my order details from the "Your Orders" page!

Looks like HobbyKing has done a runner and left the supplier to fend for himself.

Update
Found the original order details by changing the number of another order. It is now marked as "Status: Cancelled"

Would have still been courteous to reply to my original question though.

ffinybryn - once you log a dispute with PayPal, PayPal put the payment you sent to HK on hold - and that for some reason makes the HK system belive that the order has not been paid for in effect, and it vanishes from your order history.
If HK cannot provide tracked proof of shipping/delivery, PayPal will refund you.
In all honesty, I expect your order will arrive in due course, and then once you 'close' the dispute with PayPal, the funds get released back to HK and that is the end of it. Unfortunately, the HK system does not reinstate your order in your history section. Odd system, but there you go.

The order has arrived today, unexpectedly and on a Sunday!

I have closed the PayPal claim and will inform HK either here or via the ticket system.

I can only belive that the package was held in customs or transit somewhere.
