Custom Firmware for HK Chargers

I have been considering trying to reverse engineer these chargers to put a custom firmware on them for a while.

I currently am able to reprogram them via the ISP header and display data on the LCD but I have not done anything along the lines of charging yet. If anyone is interested in assisting me with mapping out the schematic any assistance would be appreciated.

I have dissasembled 4 of the 6S chargers and other than a few different components inside they all seem to be identical designs so anybody with a 6S charger should be able to help.
