Hi,

for Christmas, I received a Multiplex EasyStar.

The trouble is, I have never built an R/C model before, so can anyone recommend the best 'bang for buck' choice of components to get it built and flying !

I need to get everything, charger, batteries, motor, controller, transmitter and receiver. (and anything else you can think of )

The kit itself also came with a motor, a Multiplex 'Permax 400' are these any good ? or should I go with an aftermarket item ?

I intend to buy all my items from Hobbyking.

I hope you can help,

thanks.

Nick.

Hi. Look at this product:

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=16569

It's much like easystar. Look at the AXN-C-KIT Combo and you will have motor, esc, servos, battery. Regarding tx/rx maybe you could buy the turnigy 9X. Look at this link: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__8991__Turnigy_9X_9Ch_Transmitter_w_Module_8ch_Receiver_Mode_1_v2_Firmware_.html (it's in backorder, i know).

Glue: i think this one will work
