Just program a flat pitch curve in the Tx. But why fixed pitch?

helifreak.com and search for fp250. all you really need is 2 servos for cyclic, the full head and shaft from an esky honeybe fp v2, and the bearings for the same esky honeybee that are in those brass sleeves. remove the sleeves and they press right into the stock hk 250 bearing blocks. the nice thing about this, is that the stock hk mainshaft has a step down at the bottom of the shaft for the stock main gear, which is the exact same diameter of the honey bee fp v2 main shaft.

I have heard about this, but why would making this fixed pitch make it any easier to fly? I think it's the 45 degree flybar that makes so many frixed pitch birds to easy to fly, and that will not be the case with this conversion.
