I have a Turnigy UBEC which has no info on how to connect it into existing system of brushless, battery and ESC. Can anyone help??

"in" is for leads from battery, "out" to the receiver.

Also, if you use Google to search for 'Turnigy UBEC wiring diagram' you'll find lots of diagrams for connecting a UBEC to nitro and electric models.
