Snappy, my first order with Hobbyking (200918967) was paid on 1 Feb 2010. The engine in question was ordered (2001118584) and paid 26 April 2010. Up to date I have ordered 20 times, the latest being 15 Nov 2011. You may have got your information from this forum ? I read the forum regular but seldom post until I got so fed up and angry with Hobbyking delaying tactics I posted this with the hope somebody could advise me what I should do. I have recieved some good and helpfull advise from other forum readers and hope it has drawn Hobbyking's attention. Thank you for your interest.

Would you believe it.....have just recieved an e-mail from HK stating that they have merged Ticket 87792 with Ticket 129434 and would I like to close it?. I repeated for the fourth time....NO, NOT UNTIL THIS MATTER IS RESOLVED! What do I have to do to get some information from HK? Is there somebody out there who can close this matter once and for all? BV has tried and mebbe somebody else has some influence to bring this to the attention of some responsible person at HK. I am driven to distraction over this. I am now into the 18th month of waiting.!!!

For those of you who have been following this thread, I can now bring closure to it because Hobbyking have now rectified the matter. This was brought about with the kind assistance of reader(s) of this thread and Hobbyking. It would appear that in spite of all the e-mails and requests I somehow ended up in a computor 'cul de sac' and consequently was overlooked for attention!
Thank you to 'the one who can see in the dark' and Hobbyking.

Took the liberty to add "rectified" to the topic title and a

-Sometimes things happen for a reason, and that leads to another thing that happens -the odd thing is that between those two things happening, or not happening due that the fact that the thing that happens between them has to happening, has to happen before the last of them happens.
Sometimes it happens fast, some times it feel like forever.

How we chose to act on things happening, depends on a lot of variables, And you Sir have done and outstanding job of keeping it clean, and without anger (there is a word for it,...<sometimes i wish English was my native language, or my brain could cope with a larger vocabulary>)

Its' been a pleasure to read/follow this thread.
Hats of to Hobbyking for doing what they do best, provide solutions for our needs.
