More German anti-competetive behavior

Some of our European stores are being hassled by German distributors, namely Graupner and Robbe.

Robbe has formed an 'Association' called 'European Modelhobby Association' which they are using to threaten stores that carry hobbyking products.

Does any of our European customers know about this Mickey Mouse "EMA" association created by Robbe?

We have engaged our European Lawyer to take a look at the documents given to the stores for signs of Anti-Competetive behavior.

	But how are they going to make a living if they cant sell everything for 5 times what they bought it for from China? Seriously though, I had a quick search but didn't come up with much on the "European Model Hobby Association" apart from http://www.abmahnberatung.de/ that appears to be free legal advice translated from German to English with google translate. It looks like they tried to heavy someone then ended up having to pay them in the end? I don't know what to make of it.

	Seems they start the attack through Radio Frequency laws/guidelines. Probably by accusing the product of not being compliant with RF laws in Europe.

	Graupner has almost gone insolvent this year. 45 of 165 employees were laid off. Seems to be the last try to force the people to buy their products.
